Build the technology portfolio for Osmosys. Turn the company from a technology company into a product company. Under my leadership we went from simple interactive boxes with dial-up modems to the world’s first deployment of broadband connected systems with interactive DVR, and beyond into high definition systems with DVR and media centre functionality, as a complete, customisable, solution. I was one of the two key people instrumental in bringing Osmosys into Blu-ray, taking the company into a whole new industry sector. During this time I drove the MHP 1.2 specification inside DVB, as well as chairing the DVB PVR group and sitting on the DVB Steering Board.
