Technology can&#8217;t (yet) stop you eating but it can help with the moving, so here are some of the fitness trackers you can get from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitbit.com\">Fitbit<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.withings.com\">Withings<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jawbone.com\">Jawbone<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prices start from around 65 CHF. Or you can just use an app for your smartphone like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moves-app.com\">Moves<\/a> but then you must carry your smartphone all the time. If you put it down it won&#8217;t track your steps.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to hack your life then <a href=\"http:\/\/ifttt.com\">If This Then That<\/a> is the site you need. Make the internet work for you doing things that usually only coders can \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>If you want a heads-up on CES there is a useful CES preview at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techradar.com\/news\/world-of-tech\/ces-2015-1257036\">TechRadar<\/a>. Plenty of wearables.<\/p>\n<p>My VOIP provider that lets me have a UK incoming phone number is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.localphone.com\/?rb=Qz3QFPzxsWDjP-k-HkCKiN_vwUU1OH0ajmIWtDz2Ymw\">LocalPhone<\/a> but there are others, including Skype.
